Palmos Analysis has its own Call Center with modern equipment, with a capacity of 20 stations. It has developed an in-house CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system called 'PrimoQ', which provides the capability for online monitoring of the sampling process, both by us and by the client, if desired.

Research Panel

Palmos Analysis has created an exclusive online research panel with thousands of members from all over Greece and from every demographic group, in order to conduct online market research and polls. The software used is a special edition of 'PrimoQ,' called 'PrimoQ+'.

Face-to-face

With the help of a special edition of 'PrimoQ,' Palmos Analysis researchers are able to conduct personal interviews using a CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) system. This system allows for online control of the collected data and analysis of the results in record time.
