He was born in Volos in 1982. In 2006, he graduated from the Department of Marketing & Advertising, School of Business & Economics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (ATEITH). He then completed his studies in 2008 at the School of Psychology at the University of Sheffield.
Since 2008, he has been active in the business sector. Since 2014, he has worked as a Mental Health Consultant and Marketing Manager in private organizations and as a lecturer at higher education institutions. He has excellent knowledge of English (Proficiency), computer skills (Windows, MS Office), and statistical analysis software (SPSS). Since 2019, he has been part of the Palmos Analysis team.
