He was born in 1971 and graduated in 1995 from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). In 1996, he obtained a master's degree in Environmental Technology from the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in the United Kingdom, completing it in September 1996. In 2011, he completed his studies by earning a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Macedonia.
His professional career began in 1996 at Applied Photosynthetics in Manchester, United Kingdom. In 1997, he took on the expansion of the company into the Mediterranean region and managed projects for clients in Greece, France, and Italy.
In January 1999, he returned to Greece to enlist in the Greek Army as a reserve officer, while simultaneously continuing to work as a technical consultant at Applied Photosynthetics. That same year, he founded the Eastern Training Center, focusing on lifelong and tutoring education. In 2006, he established Palmos Analysis, where he is currently the Director of Research. At Palmos Analysis, he is involved in market research, surveys, feasibility studies, and the development of online applications.
He speaks English and French, is married to Elina, and has a daughter.
